    Please submit PROPOSAL DOCUMENTS ONLY, together with any related attachments (i.e., reference lists, equipment lists, required supplemental criteria, bond forms, etc.), as directed in the provided Invitation to Bid and Instructions to Bidders. Please DO NOT include other portions of the provided documents with your submittal and limit lists to the level requested. The sample contract is provided for information only and is not negotiable.

    Sealed proposals are requested for proposed work consisting of (including all other necessary and appurtenant work) the following: demolition of the existing manual transfer switch and portable generator receptacle and installation of a new diesel generator with sub-base fuel tank and automatic transfer switch at the Owner's SSP No. 1 site located at 31225 44th Avenue South, Auburn, WA.

    Interested bidders are encouraged attend the project pre-bid meeting and site visit scheduled for Thursday, April 9, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Attendees will gather at the District's headquarters building located at 31627A 1st Avenue South, Federal Way, WA and then travel to the site.
