    The Work for which the Bid is requested consists of: The work will consist of Chip and Crack Sealing on Arterial and Collector Streets, including preparation of road surfacing, patching, the surface treatment, fog seal, striping, thermoplastic and restoration as needed. Street Sweeping as directed by the Town, and Resident Notification is required prior to start of work. This is in addition to a publicly held neighborhood information meeting. List of the roads to be chip sealed and approximate lengths: •Birch St (CR 11) ~ 0.49 miles: From Sable Ave south to Town Limits •CR 26 ~ 0.93 miles: CR5 to the driveway connecting to the curve on CR 7 List of the roads to be crack sealed and approximate lengths: •CR 9.5/I-25 Frontage Road ~ 1.31 miles: All asphalt portions (Bridge N. to Ronald Reagan) •CR 9.5/I-25 Frontage Road ~ 1.02 miles: All concrete portions •CR 19 ~ 6.04 miles: SH66 to CR 18 •CR 26 ~ 0.98 miles: East of Colorado/Colorado Blvd to Frontier St All existing striping and thermoplastics are to be reinstalled. Traffic control, resident notification, and Stormwater BMP compliance are required. The Top Ranked Contractor is responsible for tracking material used for payment. If the quantities specified in the unit price form are insufficient to complete the work, The contractor shall note that at the bottom of the bid tab under “Please note any exceptions you take with this bid”. All Towns Standards and Specifications are to be followed.
