Columbia County intends to award two separate pre-event contracts; one for Disaster Debris Management Services and another for Disaster Debris Monitoring Services. Any and all pre-event contracts must be agreeable to both the County and the Vendor. The awarded vendor(s) should be prepared to render the same services and costs outlined in their response to this Request for Proposal (RFP) to both the incorporated and unincorporated areas of Columbia County. It is the intent of this RFP to allow the two municipalities, the Cities of Grovetown and Harlem, located within the incorporated areas of Columbia County, to independently enter into pre-event contracts with the awarded vendor for the same services at the same costs.
