    The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to ascertain a vendor to perform drinking water treatment residuals removal and disposal for the Jim Blanchard Water Treatment Plant (WTP) located at 832 Point Comfort Road; Martinez, GA 30907 and the Clarks Hill WTP located at 5776 Clarks Hill Road; Appling, GA 30802. The selected contractor will be responsible for removing residuals from the existing settling ponds and disposing of the residuals.
