2026B-02 - Clearfield City 2200 South Reconstruction Road Project

Sealed Bids for the construction of the 2200 South Reconstruction (#213) will be received electronically by Clearfield City, through Bonfire before the bid opening date and time. Prior to submitting a bid, the contractor must register as a vendor on Bonfire. Clearfield City is not responsible for vendor accounts or access to Bonfire. The Bidder is encouraged to allow sufficient time for the process when submitting bids.A public bid opening will be conducted but attending in person will not be possible. Bids will be received until 2:00PM local time on May 7, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud via a live video stream to all participants. The work will include reconstruction of the existing road, replacing damaged sidewalk, curb and gutter. Work will also include lining an existing sewer line and installing a new water line and is generally located along 2200 South, between 150 West and Main Street. The project has an Engineer’s $932,560.Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form.
