The intent of this RFQ is to qualify responsible Proposers whose Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) conforms to this RFQ and are most beneficial to the Department and the Social Equity Program (SEP). Successful Proposers will be familiar with the legal requirements for the SEP and demonstrate expertise, experience, integrity, quality, timeliness, and other factors in business development curricula, professional training, licensing and compliance, technical assistance, mentoring, and related services.
