    The Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit’s (CSIU) Keystone Purchasing Network (KPN) is soliciting sealed bids for Indefinite Quantity Construction (IDIQ) Services for all current and potential KPN Members in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Two webinar Pre-Bid Meetings will be held, on February 4, 2026 @ 3:00 PM Eastern Time and February 5, 2026 @ 10:00 AM Eastern Time. Interested bidders are strongly encouraged to attend a pre-bid meeting that will be conducted for the purpose of discussing Job Order Contracting Procurement, the contract documents, and bid forms. Attendance at one of the webinars is optional but strongly encouraged. Webinar pre-bid meetings will be conducted via Virtual Conference.
