This period will allow for the purchase of an enterprise-based CRM system. The period shall include FY26 and FY27.Proposers shall provide pricing for the initial one (1)-year term and each of the two (2) optional one (1)-year renewal periods. Pricing for all option periods shall be included in the Price Schedule and will be considered in the evaluation of proposals and determination of the total contract value.Please review this opportunity and all attached documents. The award will be based on the lowest responsive bid that meets all the requirements listed in the Statement of Work (SOW). All required documents must be included with your bid to be considered responsive.=====Bid Responsiveness Requirement:To be considered responsive, vendors must ensure all required solicitation documents are fully completed and submitted in accordance with the instructions provided herein.
