The purpose of this Proposal is to provide a list of vendors for our campus and department customers, with pre-established terms and conditions, including fixed rates, discount off catalog price; and shipping and handling charges/fees if any.NOTE: Initial opening was held on 06/13/2022, 2:00 PM, local time. Additional proposals may be received and opened on an incremental basis until the end of the life of the bid on 06/30/2027, 2:00 PM.*** Vendors currently holding an active, Awarded Contract under Solicitation 22-017S Technology Supplies and Equipment are exempt from submitting a bid. Contact the Purchasing Office for confirmation of exemption.***
