Construction Cost Estimate: $400,000.00 The bid documents will be available 3:00 PM on May 11, 2026 on the BidNet Direct website . A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held at 9:00 AM on May 19, 2026. Please meet at the SE Corner of Student Services Building #3 on the Bid set. All contractors wishing to bid on this project must attend this meeting. Bids are to be submitted electronically until 2:00 PM on May 28, 2026 through the BidNet Direct website.
