A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held at 10:00 AM on July 1, 2026. Please meet at the corner of Red Butte Canyon Road and Lot 66 (across from the entrance to the amphitheatre). All contractors wishing to bid on this project must attend this meeting. Bids are to be submitted electronically until 2:00 PM on July 10, 2026 through the BidNet Direct website. It is the sole responsibility of the contractor to ensure their bid reaches the BidNet Direct website before the closing date and time. There is no cost to the contractor to submit electronic bids the BidNet Direct website. Bids may require the uploading of attachments.
