    INVITATION TO BID Sealed bids will be received by the University of Utah (U Facilities) for: General Campus Road Maintenance 2026 University PROJECT #22945 Project Description: See Project Description and contact information on page 4. Construction Cost Estimate: $254,713.00 The bid documents will be available 5:00 PM on April 22, 2026 on the BidNet Direct website . A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will NOT be held for this project. Bids are to be submitted electronically until 2:00 PM on May 6, 2026 through the BidNet Direct website. It is the sole responsibility of the contractor to ensure their bid reaches the BidNet Direct website before the closing date and time. There is no cost to the contractor to submit electronic bids the BidNet Direct website. Bids may require the uploading of attachments. The submission of attachments containing embedded documents (i.e., zip files, .mov, wmp, and mp3 files, etc.) is prohibited. All documents should be attached as separate files. Including but not limited to: traffic control, mill 2" depth, asphalt overlays, microsurfacing, pavement marking, concrete panel removal and replacement, concrete crack repair, and asphalt spot repairs. It should be assumed that all roadways will need to keep traffic moving, whether using flaggers or temporary lights. Hospital Valet Loop will need to be nights/weekend work to mitigate impacts.
