A short-listing of Contractors will be based on the evaluation of proposals submitted and the selection criteria outlined in the solicitation documents contained herein. Short-listed Contractors will be invited to submit bids on the project. The only Contractors allowed to bid on this project will be Contractors short-listed by the selection committee. All Contractors responding to this procurement must comply with and require all of their Subcontractors to comply with the license laws as required by the State of Utah. The Multi-Step Bidding Process Request for Proposals documents will be available at 12:00 PM on March 31, 2026 on the BidNet Direct website will provide the requirements and due dates and times of all proposals and bids, in addition to dates, times and locations of important events and meetings. Special Restraints: Contractors must work in collaboration. Contractor schedule with anticipated work flow required. 3 week lookahead schedule required at each OAC meeting.
