Short-listed Contractors will be invited to submit bids on the project. The only Contractors allowed to bid on this project will be Contractors short-listed by the selection committee. All Contractors responding to this procurement must comply with and require all of their Subcontractors to comply with the license laws as required by the State of Utah. The Multi-Step Bidding Process Request for Proposals documents will be available at 12:00 PM on March 31, 2026 on the BidNet Direct website will provide the requirements and due dates and times of all proposals and bids, in addition to dates, times and locations of important events and meetings. Scope includes architectural, mechanical and electrical items. Approved construction window is 5/11/26 to Substantial Completion on 8/10/26. Contractor to work in collaboration with the elevator contractor. Additive Alternates: N/A Project Risks: Occupied building. Loud disruptive noise to be pre-approved by PM and Stakeholders before start of work. GC to provide overall schedule for means and methods, weekly OAC 3 week lookahead schedule. Approved construction window 5/11/26 through 8/10/26. Special Restraints: GC to start ahead of elevator contractor and then work in collaboration with Metro Elevator for plug and play requirements.
