    NOTICE TO ARCHITECTS / ENGINEERS The University of Utah (U Facilities) is soliciting the services of qualified firms/individuals to perform design services for the following project: Master Architect-College Town Magic University of Utah UNIVERSITY PROJECT #23022 Project Summary: The University of Utah Facilities team is seeking proposals for a qualified Master Architect Planning and Design team to consolidate and implement an actionable master plan focused on the western portion of the College Town Magic District boundary with possible expansion to the Fort Douglas portion of College Town Magic and then potentially a campus-wide plan as outlined in the University Physical Development Plan (UPDP) framework. The selected team will propose an established local firm to serve as the Prime Firm of the team with in-depth and comprehensive campus knowledge including existing infrastructure and facilities, capital improvement and development strategies currently being investigated, and future 5-yr prioritization strategies with 10-yr projections of projects campus wide. Construction Budget: $500M Anticipated for 5-yr plan/ $700M anticipated for 10-yr plan Master Architect Planner budget: Initially $500K The initial contract budget is $500,000 for the initial planning and coordination only. Future phases of work will be added by a combination of modifications to this contract and/or additional contracts, as necessary. The selection shall be under the Value Based Selection method. The Solicitation for A/E Services documents, including the proposal requirements and the selection criteria and Project Schedule, will be available at 4:00 PM on January 21, 2026 on the BidNet Direct website.
