The selected team will propose an established local firm to serve as the Prime Firm of the team with in-depth and comprehensive campus knowledge including existing infrastructure and facilities, capital improvement and development strategies currently being investigated, and future 5-yr prioritization strategies with 10-yr projections of projects campus wide. Construction Budget: $500M Anticipated for 5-yr plan/ $700M anticipated for 10-yr plan Master Architect Planner budget: Initially $500K The initial contract budget is $500,000 for the initial planning and coordination only. Future phases of work will be added by a combination of modifications to this contract and/or additional contracts, as necessary. The selection shall be under the Value Based Selection method. The Solicitation for A/E Services documents, including the proposal requirements and the selection criteria and Project Schedule, will be available at 4:00 PM on January 21, 2026 on the BidNet Direct website.
