Programs may serve Adults and Transition Age Youth (TAY) ages 16–25, youth under age 21, or a combination of populations, depending on the bidder’s proposed service model. Services will include clinical treatment, rehabilitation services, recovery supports, and community integration activities consistent with California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) regulations for Day Treatment Intensive and Day Rehabilitation services. VCBH anticipates awarding multiple contracts through this RFP in order to ensure adequate geographic coverage and service capacity across Ventura County. The initial anticipated contract period will be one year with the possibility of two additional one-year extensions.
