All PURCH Bids will be closed every 2 weeks on Thursdays at 12:00 P.M, in order for our department to review and and evaluate all vendors who have submitted thus far. The Bid will then be reopened by 4 P.M, the same business day. When closing the Bid, any vendor who has not fully submitted their documents by Thursday at 12:00 P.M, will lose their bid progress and will then have to begin the process all over again. If your RENEWAL was approved, you do not need to submit a bid again. If your company is award on a Purchasing Cooperative you do not need to fill out the bid.
