    INTENT: The Superior Court of Arizona in Maricopa County (Court), which includes adult and juvenile probation, is soliciting for responsive and responsible, qualified Spanish and Lesser-Used Languages (LUL) Interpreters, Transcriptionists & Translators, and Sign Language Interpreters for Court users and litigants with Limited-English Proficiency (LEP) as well as users who are deaf, hard-of-hearing, and/or blind. Multiple awards may result from this solicitation, and multiple agencies may use the resulting contract(s). Qualified and approved offerors shall be placed on the Qualified Roster List and their services shall be used based on demand, skills, and experience. The solicitation will be open-and-continuous. To be considered, Offerors shall submit all of the required information requested within this Scope of Work and outlined in Exhibit C: Offerors Questionnaire. The Court reserves the right to remove any contracted interpreter and/or translator upon notification and issuance of an incident report to the contract interpreter’s and/or translator’s agency. INSTRUCTIONS TO RESPONDENTS (Please note that this Section does not become part of any resultant contract): Respondents are solely responsible for submitting bids, and any modifications or withdrawals are to be submitted electronically via Bidnetdirect.com. Paper responses will not be accepted. Any proposal, modification, or withdrawal received after the designated time is “late” and will be rejected and not evaluated. SCHEDULE OF EVENTS: Request for Qualifications (RFQ) issued: November 4, 2025 Written (Electronic) questions due: January 16, 2026. All questions and answers shall be posted to Bidnetdirect.com under the Q&A tab for this solicitation and must be received by the close of business, 5:00 p.m., Arizona time. Any approval and resultant contract after evaluation of the submission, the contract will only be for the remaining term that goes through 02/28/2029. All responses to this RFQ become the property of the Judicial Branch of Arizona in Maricopa County and will be held confidential to the extent permissible by law. The Court will not be held accountable if material from solicitation responses is obtained without the written consent of the Respondent by parties other than the Court. All communication/correspondence regarding this solicitation shall be directed to the Procurement Officer and/or Contracts Administrator listed on the solicitation; the Respondent shall not contact or direct inquiries concerning this solicitation to any other Court employee unless the solicitation identifies explicitly a person other than the solicitation contact person as a contact.
