The individual or firm selected pursuant to this RFP (Selected Proposer) will be expected to provide any and all Services in compliance with applicable local, state and federal laws, rules and regulations.A contract awarded in connection with this RFP will be financed in part with federal funds. The federal requirements applicable to this RFP and any associated contract, including the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Small Business Enterprise (SBE) participation requirements, are included in Attachment D1-D3, Federal Requirements in Part D. WETA is aware of the US Department of Transportation's (US DOT) September 30, 2025, Interim Final Rule (Interim Final Rule) regarding the DBE Program. The DBE requirements set forth in this RFP are intended to comply with that Interim Final Rule.
