Bidder is required to read the Special Conditions and to comply with all bid terms. The District will be accepting proposals on a continual basis from the issue date of the RFP until it is closed at 10:00 a.m. CST on Tuesday October 14, 2025. **Any vendor that was only awarded on the following bids, expiring before the next solicitation, must respond to this bid to continue doing business with Conroe Independent School District: RFP# 20-04-08, RFP# 20-08-01, and RFP# 20-12-03 **Any vendor awarded on the following bids do not need to respond to this bid, as their awards are still valid: RFP# 21-08-01, RFP# 22-01-07, RFP# 22-08-04, RFP# 23-01-04, RFP# 23-08-04, and RFP# 24-01-04
