Bidder shall possess a valid Motor Carrier Permit issued by the California DMV. Bidder shall provide references from three (3) different government agencies showing successful performance of Modular Systems Furniture (MSF) and storage services similar to those specified in Exhibit A. Provided references must be from services performed within the last five (5) years. The anticipated term for this Agreement is 3/1/2026 or upon contract approval, whichever occurs later, through 2/28/2029. Written questions are due 1/20/2026 @ 4:30 p.m. Answers will be posted on 1/22/2026 by 4:30 p.m. Bids are due 1/28/2026 by 11:59 p.m. and must be emailed to DMVBIDS@dmv.ca.gov. The current contractor is Escue and Associates, Inc. The current contract total is $1,633,758.00. The estimated cost for this project is $1,093,834.00.
