The State of Minnesota (State) is seeking proposals from qualified Responder(s) to provide One (1) 2025 or newer All-Track AT-50HD Tracked Carrier or State approved equal to the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources. Responders must be able to provide the equipment as described in Exhibit C: Specifications, Duties, and Scope of Work, at contracted rates, to locations throughout the entire State of Minnesota. Responders must also provide adequate staff for customer service, order execution, order support and overall contract management. NOTE: any proposals submitted by a broker will be rejected. SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. Questions from prospective responders regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to kristi.anton@state.mn.us, no later than 3:00:00 PM CT on April 9, 2026. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum. Contact regarding this solicitation with any State personnel other than the solicitation facilitator listed above may result in rejection of the response.
