Attached herewith is an announcement for subcontracting opportunities for the Tarpon Springs Golf Course Clubhouse located in Tarpon Springs, FL. The Bandes Construction Company, Inc. is acting as Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the City of Tarpon Springs on this project. The project consists of:  Clubhouse: Construction of an approximate 6,154 SF new clubhouse for the Tarpon Springs Golf Course. The new facility will be constructed and pursue a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) while the existing clubhouse remains in operation. Upon issuance of the TCO, the existing clubhouse will be demolished and the parking lot will be completed for final Certificate of Occupancy (C of O).  Site: Demolition of the existing clubhouse structure upon TCO of new building, and completion of the parking lot to achieve final C of O. The golf course facility will remain in full operation throughout the entire construction period. All work must be phased and coordinated to minimize disruption to ongoing operations.
