If a bidder cannot list one specific discount percentage, vendors are free to submit “various discounts offered or call for price quote” on the bid submittal sheet. The purpose of this Proposal is to provide a list of vendors for our campus and department customers, with pre-established terms and conditions, including fixed rates, discount off catalog price; and shipping and handling charges/fees if any.NOTE: Initial opening was held on October 08, 2026, 2:00 PM, local time. Additional proposals may be received and opened on an incremental basis until the end of the life of the bid on October 09, 2024, 2:00 PM.
