The Naples Community Redevelopment Agency and the City of Naples (herein after referred to as the City) is contracting with the CONSULTANT to develop and implement infrastructure renewal in the River Park East neighborhood. The Naples Redevelopment Plan provides policy direction to plan adequate public infrastructure towards meeting the needs for private development. The infrastructure renewal needs of the River Park East neighborhood are informed by the 2024 City of Naples Basin Assessments by Kimley-Horn and Associates. These improvements are generally described within the Long-Range Alt 2E Future Tailwater Upsized Trunklines & Added Pumps 25-Year 3-Day Model Results, including pump stations capacity to handle peak flow occurrences within 72-hours of the 25-year storm.
