26-03-PW, Misc. Electrical Continuing Services

The City of Destin, Florida, is currently receiving sealed competitive Bids for a Miscellaneous Electrical Continuing Services Contract for City owned and maintained properties for three years with the option for two additional one-year renewals not to exceed five years. The Scope of Work will include, but not be limited to, miscellaneous electrical repair, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, inspection, and associated services for City projects and facilities, including providing all tools, machines, equipment, labor, materials and incidentals necessary to complete the work.

The purpose of RFB No. 26-03-PW is to secure sealed Bids for providing miscellaneous electrical services for City owned and maintained facilities, parks, rights-of-way, and infrastructure.

• Interior and exterior electrical repairs Electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics. Installation and replacement of lighting fixtures Parking lot and sports field lighting maintenance Electrical panel repair and replacement

• Breaker replacement and circuit modifications Conduit and wiring installation

• Generator electrical connections and troubleshooting

• Electrical service upgrades

• Emergency electrical repairs

• Underground electrical repairs

• Installation and repair of receptacles, switches, disconnects, and controls

• Maintenance of electrical systems at parks and public facilities

• Traffic and pedestrian lighting supportTemporary power installation

• Any other miscellaneous electrical services requested by the City
