Wet material shall not be hauled onto the City Right-of-Way. Material drying location shall be up to the contractor (within the limits of disturbance). The contractor is responsible for linking to the permitted City Project as well as applying for a Right-of-Way Utility Permit. Detailed daily reports, including photographs, will be required as part of this project.
