    Description

    Walworth County Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a qualified agency to provide early intervention services for children from birth to three years of age, in accordance with Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). The contracted agency shall establish and maintain a sufficient number of core therapists to deliver services identified in the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP), including speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy. Responsibilities also include fiscal management, billing for early intervention services, and oversight of therapy personnel. Services must be provided in natural environments, such as the child’s home or community settings. Walworth County will continue to employ and supervise service coordinators and early education teachers; these positions are not included within the scope of services requested under this RFP.
