    This project is for a breakpoint nutrient reduction wetland. In general, the work involves, but is not limited to, selective clearing, excavation, grading, steel sheetpile installation, tile installation, water control structure, riprap, concrete grout, seeding and erosion control. This project includes about 10,800 cubic yards of earthwork, installation 1,202 square feet of steel sheetpile, water control structure with inlet riser and drawdown pipe, 1,977 linear feet (LF) of tile installation, 437 tons of riprap, 44.5 tons of granular foundation material, 87 cubic yards of concrete grout, 175 LF of straw wattle and 430 LF of silt fence for erosion control and 7.1 acres of seeding. The estimated construction cost range for this project is $200,000 to $300,000. Completion Dates: Construction: June 15, 2027 Seeding: September 15, 2027 (Structure Seeding must be done within seeding period) June 30, 2027 (Buffer Seeding must be done within seeding period)
