No bid shall be received after this date and time. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud by the Parish Administrator or a designated representative at the above stated date and time. The Parish of Caddo reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, all bids and to waive any and all technicalities and informalities in accordance with the state law.
