    Description

    The City of College Station is soliciting Proposal(s) (RFP’s) from firms who are interested and qualified to provide City of College Station “Planning & Development Services” with a study to evaluate, design, and calibrate a voluntary density bonus and incentive zoning framework applicable to new development across the city and specifically to the Northeast Gateway Redevelopment Plan Area. It is the intent of the City of College Station to select a single consultant to accomplish all the services outlined in this Request for Proposal; however, the City reserves the right to make multiple awards if it is in the City’s best interest to do so. Electronic/Sealed response packages, in the format prescribed herein, shall be uploaded to Brazos Valley e- Marketplace (“Bidding Portal”) until 2:00 P.M.C.T. on May 27, 2026 after which time the names of responding firms will be read aloud at City Hall – Purchasing Division. Subsequently, a list of responding firms will be posted to the Bidding Portal. Proposals received after the specified submission deadline will not be accepted. In order to ensure a fair and objective evaluation, all questions and inquiries related to this Request for Proposal shall be addressed in writing via the Q&A feature available through the Bidding Portal.
