By submitting your bid, you confirm that it accounts for prevailing wage compliance.Following award, the successful bidder will be required to attach certified payroll documents to all invoices submitted to IEHP. Bidders are advised to thoroughly review and understand all specified items and conditions prior to submitting their bids. Bids shall present the best net price, inclusive of all delivery charges, delivered to the specified destination (FOB destination). Bidders are responsible for complying with all applicable labor laws and regulations as required by the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) and the Contractors State License Board (CSLB).This iRFB is a solicitation for bids only and shall not be construed as an offer to enter into any contract or other agreement. No procurement will be executed based on this iRFB without an official purchase order issued by IEHP.
