    Job Name: Marion County Animal Services – Building Demolition Location: 5701 SE 66th St, Ocala, FL 34480Summary of Scope: Marion County is seeking a contractor to perform the demolition of the existing Animal Services buildings and associated structures.The project consists of demolition across approximately three and a half (3.5) acres, including: • Multiple structures totaling approximately 32,806.36 square feet • Partial removal of access roads • Demolition of parking areas (concrete and asphalt) • Removal of CMU, Wood, Aluminum, Metal, Concrete and all other associated site elements • Proper removal of all onsite Utilities to include but not limited to, electrical, water, sewer, cable, internet and some specified stormwater systems but not all.*Quantities provided are estimated, it is the responsibility of the contractor to verify amounts and site conditions prior to submitting a bid.
