Electronic response packages, in the format prescribed herein, shall be uploaded to Brazos Valley e-Marketplace (“Bidding Portal”) until 2:00 P.M.C.T. on June 18, 2026 after which time the names of responding firms will be read aloud at City Hall – Purchasing Division. Subsequently, a list of responding firms will be posted to the Bidding Portal. Proposals received after the specified submission deadline will not be accepted. In order to ensure a fair and objective evaluation, all questions and inquiries related to this Request for Proposal shall be addressed in writing via the Q&A feature available through the Bidding Portal.
