    Sealed bids addressed to the City of College Station – Purchasing Division will be received for: Bid No.: 26-078 until 2:00 p.m. CT, June 26, 2026 after which time all qualified bids will be opened via Teams meeting and read aloud. Bids received after the specified submission deadline will not be accepted. Questions and inquiries about this bid should be submitted in writing via the Q&A feature available online via the Brazos Valley e-Marketplace (“bidding portal”). The deadline for submitting written requests for clarification is June 22, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. CT. Mandatory Pre-bid Meeting will be held at the Public Utilities Meeting and Training Facility located at 1603 Graham Road, College Station, Texas on JUNE 17, 2026 @ 2:00 P.M. Attendance at this meeting is a mandatory requirement for a bid to be submitted on this construction project. Site visit to follow for those interested, must have hard hat and closed toe shoes. LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT Project Location: 1601 S. Graham Rd., College Station, TX 77845 Please Note: The working hours for this project are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays, or legal holidays.” The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the site improvements for the College Station Utilities Yard project located at 1601 S. Graham Road, in accordance with the issued civil plans. Work generally includes mobilization, permitting, utility locating, erosion and sediment control installation, clearing and grubbing, and full-site earthwork for an approximately 4.45–8.55-acre tract. The Contractor shall perform rough and final grading to establish proposed drainage patterns, regrade existing gravel areas, and construct drainage improvements to maintain proper site runoff conditions. The project also includes installation of approximately 6-inch gravel pavement and 7-inch concrete pavement for yard areas and access drives, coordination and protection of existing utilities, and minor utility adjustments as required. The Contractor shall implement and maintain a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), including installation of BMPs such as silt fence, stabilized construction entrance, and sediment controls, with inspections performed every 14 days and after storm events. Final work includes fine grading, site stabilization with seeding and/or geotextile, removal of temporary erosion controls, site cleanup, and project closeout in compliance with all applicable local and state regulations.
