Wake County Housing Affordability & Community Revitalization (Housing or HACR) seeks proposals from qualified nonprofit agencies to jointly plan the opening of a low barrier, drop-in homeless shelter for unsheltered individuals. The facility is expected to provide shelter seven (7) days per week and link guests to services helping them stabilize and move towards obtaining permanent housing.
