    Description

    This scope of work is for the renovation of the existing office space for the Greene County Historic Courthouse – Collector’s Office, located at 940 N Boonville.

     

    •            This project consists of 2,190 sf renovation to the first-floor Collector’s Office of the Greene County Courthouse in Springfield Missouri. Work consists of demolition, new framing, finishes, and electrical systems for a series of new walk-up windows and all other work necessary to complete the work.

     

    The work to be performed as part of the awarded contract shall be done in accordance with the specifications and drawings provided by N-Form Architecture. All specifications and drawings are provided as attachments as follows:

     

    • Attachment 1: Project Manual

     

    • Attachment 2: Construction Drawings

     

    Minimum requirements and specifications are for use in establishing general performance and quality levels, and are not meant to limit or restrict bidding.  Bidders may offer any manufacturer’s equipment which meets or exceeds the minimum requirements.
