26-117 - 26P-117 Debris Management Operations (Phase 3 Response) Debris Monitoring & Consulting Services

Term: 5 years with 3 - 1 year renewals Requesting proposals for debris monitoring and consulting services regarding debris management operations phase 3 (first push) response which might occur during an emergency event. Operations and services performed by the County and its contracting firms, as applicable, during this phase involve damage assessments and debris clearance activities in an effort to restore essential traffic. The term ‘clearance’ is often used interchangeably with terms such as ‘first push’, ‘emergency debris clearance’, ‘emergency debris removal’, ‘cut and toss’, ‘push and shove’, or ‘initial push’. These activities may be performed before, during and immediately after an event. Response operations begin to transition to recovery when immediate threats to health and safety begin to stabilize. This timeframe varies by entity depending on the level of impact and response capabilities. Phase 4 is being solicited separately.
