Bids shall be submitted by 10:00 AM, local time. The bid opening will be held virtually beginning at 10:00 a.m., local time, on January 30, 2026, using the following link: meet.google.com/gwf-zvtz-qdf. The bid is available through Bid Express at: https://www.bidexpress.com/businesses/21770/home. The bids can only be submitted through Bid Express. Free registration with Bid Express will allow a bidder to review and print all City of Springfield projects. A digital ID will be required for the bidder to submit an electronic bids.
