The Roads Dept estimates the following…bidders will need to populate the pricing sheet of this solicitation:With the recent incorporation of Ogden Valley City we have been contracted to perform all road maintenance, however; at this time it has not yet been decided whether painting will be performed or not. Due to this we need a bid based on the two separate scenariosINCLUDING OGDEN VALLEY CITY • 4” line approximately 860,000 linear feet • 6” line approximately 32,000 linear feet • 8” line 2,500 linear feetEXCLUDING Ogden Valley City • 4” line approximately 430,000 linear feet • 6” line approximately 16,000 linear feet • 8” line 1,250 linear feetRoad Striping Locations: • West Weber • Uintah • Upper Valley • Lower ValleyThe contract resulting from this Bid will be for one (1) year with no guarantee of linear feet.
