They will be expected to work with the referred client to provide the appropriate eviction defense services (such as those listed above) to secure as successful a resolution as possible for the referred client. This Request for Proposals (RFP) focuses strictly on securing specialized, backend legal representation for tenants facing active legal displacement. This procurement is open to all qualified legal service firms, including both for-profit law firms and non-profit organizations possessing demonstrated expertise in California housing law and tenant defense. SGVCOG intends to award multiple master services agreements under this RFP to ensure sufficient regional coverage and capacity.
