Description

The purpose of this RFP is procurement of Prevention and Student Assistance Program services to include a new funding model and division of school districts to enhance program delivery across the county. Montgomery County Offices of Drug & Alcohol and Mental Health/Developmental Disabilities/Early Intervention braid funding to provide a continuum of Prevention, Student Assistance Program, and Intervention services through contracted providers to Montgomery County Public School Districts and their Kindergarten through grade 12 students. The county is divided into two Clusters that encompass four regions. One provider will be selected per Cluster and may be selected to provide services in more than one Cluster.
