The Project consists of removal & replacement of acoustical ceiling tile, paint ceiling grid, repair ceiling grid as needed, prep and paint interior walls, previously painted casework will be repainted, laminated casework will be protected in place, all flooring to be protected, frame and install a pocket door between classroom 24A and 24B, remove and replace ramp decking, skirting & paint railing, skirting, new deck with deck coating, remove all old lighting fixtures, replace with new LED lighting, remove and replace T1-11 wall siding and skirtings paint to match existing, prep & paint exterior bungalows(color match) supply and install missing window screens, clean bard units and ducting, replace supply vents.
