The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified contractors for the construction of the Owenwood Road Dirt Road Stabilization Project. The project Scope of Work includes the stabilization of roughly 0.982 miles (5,185 LF) of dirt/sand roadway with asphaltic concrete pavement. Contractor to provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and materials to complete the project.
Further, the Scope of Work will consist of clearing and grubbing, earthwork, erosion and sediment control measures, asphaltic concrete pavement, vegetative stabilized shoulders, signage and pavement markings, and drainage improvements including but not limited to the grading of ditches and swales, cross-drains, concrete end-walls and mitered end sections, drainage culverts, and associated appurtenances.
