Vendors shall be Florida licensed Building Contractor or General Contractor. Sub-Contractors shall be Florida licensed in their trade. Vendors shall identify subcontractors that are providing services requiring a license under Florida law. Bids may be deemed nonresponsive if not accompanied by proof of any required State of Florida license.
