It appears there are drywall ceilings/soffits in the conference room, lobby, and reception—are these to be painted? In Exhibit 1 of Addendum 2, it states the closet and adjacent office are to remain. Please confirm if these areas are excluded from painting or if any finishes are still to be addressed.
