    Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District (“District”) requests Statements of Qualifications and Proposals (RFQ/P) to provide paleontological monitoring services from qualified firms with expertise in all aspects of paleontological monitoring services, including, but not limited to construction worker trainer, site monitoring, reporting, and for the Franklin Elementary School – Early Education Classrooms and Site Improvements Project – New Construction Project (Project).

    This Project is subject to the March 2, 2017, Project Labor Agreement by and between the District and Los Angeles/Orange Counties Building and Construction Trades Council (PLA). A copy of the PLA is included in “Exhibit B – Project Labor Agreement” of the issued RFQ/P - Addendum.
