    Description

    The Board of County Commissioners for Bay County, Florida is requesting submittals from interested and qualified firms to provide Misdemeanor Probation Services for the County Court of Bay County in the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit pursuant to section 948.15, Florida Statutes. The successful Firm shall provide for supervision, rehabilitation and probation services for offenders placed on probation by the County Court, which shall include periodic coordination with the Court Administrator and reporting on participants in the Misdemeanor Probation Services along with revenues and other budgetary issues.  Neither the County or the County Court can make any representation as to the number of cases, if any, that may be assigned to the Firm pursuant to the contract resulting from this RFQ.  There is currently a fee of $45.00 per month paid by each probationer that supports the budget for this project. Services to be provided must comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, as well as any applicable court orders. When differences exist, the highest standards shall apply as determined by the County.

      ELECTRONIC OR SEALED PAPER SUBMISSIONS for 26-40 Misdemeanor Probation Services will be received by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BAY COUNTY, FLORIDA up until 2:00 pm on Tuesday, July 7, 2026. Submissions will be publicly opened immediately following the deadline. ANY SUBMISSION RECEIVED AFTER THE SPECIFIED TIME WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
