26-48 CR 2321 Resurfacing - Phase 1 (SCOP)

The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified contractors to provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies to resurface approximately 2.818 miles of CR 2321 from the Deer Point Lake Bridge to SR 75 (US 231) incorporating the addition of two new turn lanes within these project limits.
The project will consist of earthwork operations, sheet pile installation, adjustments to existing headwalls, installation of guardrail, milling, paving, placement of pavement markings and signage, installation of cross drain pipes, and stabilization of all disturbed areas.  

Background

The project is being funded by a Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Small County Outreach Program Grant (SCOP) FPN #453084-1-54-01.  It is imperative that Bidders examine and become familiar with the SCOP established by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT).  Funding for the project has been made possible through this grant and is contingent on strict conformance to the guidelines set forth by FDOT.
