The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks responses from qualified vendors to the sanitary sewer collection system. The goal is to identify potential sources of inflow and infiltration and provide documentation to guide future rehabilitation efforts. This work supports Bay County’s ongoing efforts to reduce I&I in the wastewater collection system. Smoke testing is used to detect defects such as broken pipes, illegal connections, or missing cleanout caps that contribute to excessive flows and treatment costs, particularly during wet weather. . • Qualifications —

  Vendors shall be licensed in trades if licenses are required.  Vendors shall identify subcontractors that are providing services requiring a license under Florida law.  Bids may be deemed nonresponsive if not accompanied by proof of any required State of Florida license.

   

  The Contractor shall demonstrate experience and competence in performing smoke testing for sanitary sewer collection systems.

   

  Bids may be deemed nonresponsive if not accompanied by proof of State of Florida Contractor’s License.
