The City is seeking a vendor that will meet this project’s objectives while ensuring the suggested fees meet the department’s overarching goals, which are: to support the private development industry while aligning with missions and values, promoting equity and inclusion, recovering cost, and maintaining competitiveness with peers, all while working toward the accumulation and maintenance of a fund balance sufficient to cover between three and six months of upcoming expenses.
